Summerlike Weather in March :)

The weather lately sure has felt more like summer than spring...but we are not complaining.  We have been outside enjoying as much as we can, as we know it won't last.  Many long walks have been had, trips to the park with Brooks and Brody, and just play time outside!

Cannot wait for summer!!! Bring on more 80 degree days!

SIX Months of pure JOY!

Our little one has turned 6 months old...my oh my girl how time has flown!  You have grown so much and continue to change each day.  We have loved watching every minute of it, and will continue for years to come.  You have learned some new tricks recently and we know there are lots more in that big girl body of yours!

Cousin Brody loves Em!

Cousin Brody has recently taking a great liking to Emery.  When he comes over he says her name and will always want to play and share toys with her.  He would be a great big brother ;)

Emery gets a playmate

With me being given the wonderful opportunity to stay home with Emery to watch her grow and learn, I have taken on watching a good friends of ours daughter too.  Addison is just over 3 months younger than Emery, so believe me the two of them combined keep me on my toes each day.  I enjoy the challenge, but know that we will be waiting to have a second for a while yet!

It is a little times like this when it is so quiet in my house as they are both sleeping, that make me regain my sanity sometimes.  It doesn't last long usually, so I have to be quick to get a few things done before one of them wakes up.  So here is a few photos from this new adventure in life!

Addison was born an ounce heavier and a quarter inch longer than Emery.  See how much 3.5 months difference can be...Addison we have to get you to catch up to Emery! :)

Thanks to a good friend who let me have her used double stroller, so we can all get out on the nice days like we have been having and go for walks.  Fresh air is good, and the sun can always make me smile and remember that life is good, and someone else has it much worse than me.  What can be better than sharing each and every day with your little one!
