Walking the Dog

Emery loves holding the leash when we go on walks with Jersey.  Sometimes she does very well and never drops it, others not so much.  This particular time she made it the entire walk.  Such a big girl!



OH MY....9 Months have flown by!

Emery has grown up so much before our eyes over the last nine months.  She has brought so much happiness, many smiles and laughs, and shown us the true meaning of love.

29.75 inches long

24 pounds 2 ounces

She continues to be in the high 90th percentiles in everything, and even jumped from 50 to 97 percent in her head size since 6 months.  We didn't notice her head growing at all, but could be the personality growth ;)

She has truly developed a personality and can make us smile every day.

This past weekend Emery got to experience new things.  She saw her first band, Fuzzy Side Up.  She clapped after every song, even would drop her toys to do it.  Sunday then she got to try out her water floaty.  She scooted right around the water in it kicking her legs.

Last photo is a random from a few weeks back when the boys wanted to have headbands in like Emery.  We were headed to a family gathering...Brody wouldn't let me take his picture but he was in on the headband gang. ;)

Fun at Grandma & Grandpa's

This past weekend we visited Gma and Gpa Freischmidt and Aunt Kristen.  It was a great day to sit on their screen porch and enjoy the company, food, and mojitos! :)  Was great to see good friends Dom and Corrine too, and bring home a W in bocce!

Emery enjoyed her new swing that grandma bought and grandpa put up for her.

Eat, Eat, EAT

Emery sure does love her food...couldn't you tell by the chubbiness?

Graham Crackers are a favorite treat!

We occasionally get this "poop" face while eating and end up with an explosion up the back. :(

She even likes to try and eat her own toes!

And the dreaded wipes...she is too quick for me sometimes.

Cheerios are great too.
